Technical Trainer – Information Technology

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions for individuals and group of consultants. Continuous assessments on weekly and monthly basis before deploying resources to clients.
  • Assess training needs through information gathering tools like conducting interviews with employees, and consultation with managers, technical architects and other instructors.
  • Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions.
  • Guides, directs, and sets training priorities to meet milestones and other schedule requirements.
  • Design and develop in-person training programs and online courses, including course materials, exercises, and skill evaluations.
  • Deliver innovative, stimulating and effective training curriculum and documentation for internal and external customers
